Dolin Dry is distinguished by its bright, fresh and clean character, which comes from a delicate wine base and selection of plants, alpine herbs and spices. Its elegant nose, subtle and complex palate is the profile that made the Martini cocktail famous at equal parts gin and vermouth. In addition to mixed drinks, Dolin Dry is an ideal aperitif or accompaniment to raw shellfish, goat cheese or pesto dishes.

Made to the same style and recipes since 1821, Dolin Vermouth de Chambery has long been the benchmark for fine French Vermouth. In the late 19th century, Dolin Vermouth de Chambery won medals in Paris, London, St. Louis and Philadelphia. In the 1930s, Chambery became France's only protected designation of origin for Vermouth.
