Belle Glos Pinot Noir 2018 Santa Maria Valley Santa Barbara County
Our Clark & Telephone Vineyard is located on a mesa in the coastal weather channel of the Santa Maria Valley. This maritime site, planted "own root" to the Martini clone in 1972, yields loose clusters with small, intensely-flavored berries. Through intensive pruning and crop-thinning techniques, we are able to bring the composition of these grapes into balance at harvest while preserving the spice-box notes, elegant texture and rich fruit core that are hallmarks of the site.
