TEQUILA OCHO ANEJO SINGLE BARREL

All I can say is that this Anejo give Cazcanes and Fortaleza a run for their money. By all means all three are great, but this anejo has a great butterscotch taste along with vanilla, oak, while still holding on to the great agave profile.

I've gone thru about 10 bottles in the past 5 years. it must be the barrel strength because it is smooth as a warm summer day but has incredible depth. My favorite is 2 oz of juice of a Sumo orange (Dekopon) 3 oz of Ocho, squeeze of lime, shake with ice and pour into a chilled martini glass, heaven!
