    I'm guessing this is the same as a version I recently purchased in Mexico at a tasting. The product is aged in clay pots and, in addition to the balanced, smoky aroma and flavor, there is a distinct clay essence and a dryness followed by a hint of sweetness at the finish that makes me crave this over Moore expensive bottles. I love it.
