Description: Alambique Serrano “3 Años” 1st Edition is a masterfully crafted, single-origin Oaxacan rum produced by the Krassel family in Santa María Tlalixtac, Oaxaca. This expression is a 12-cask blend featuring a combination of pot still rum and Krassel column still rum aged for a minimum of three years in new French oak barrels. The spirit is proofed to 46.1% ABV using mountain spring water, and contains no added sugar or coloring—showcasing the pure, terroir-driven character of Oaxacan sugarcane.
