Bordiga Vermouth Di Torino Rosso 750ml
ORGANOLEPTIC NOTES: the aromatic notes are supported by sweet and bitter orange peel, ginger, sage and yarrow. Bourbon vanilla rounds and softens the sip giving a pleasant overall sweetness, without ever losing sight of the balance. At the end of the drink, the bitter notes of Roman and gentle absinthe are the masters, the backbone of every self-respecting Vermouth: their bitterness is supported by the more earthy one of the gentian and the vibrant one of the quassio.
PRODUCTION: for Vermouths in Bordiga only high quality raw materials are used such as many Alpine botanicals still hand-picked in the Cuneo Alps by mountaineers and brought to the company, the fine Piedmontese wines and exotic spices. The production involves an ancient and traditional process that includes no less than 40-50 days before bottling. After bottling the product is left to rest again in the cellars Bordiga at a constant temperature of about 10 degrees for at least 15-20 days before being ready for consumption. Filtration takes place exclusively with natural procedures, by refrigeration and with the use of natural paper filters.
