My personal favorite
Tried them all. From cheap to my max about $300 a bottle. At this point in life BT has become my go to. I may still try something out for kicks. But my go to from now on will always be buffalo trace if available out and i order 6-12 bottles at a time. I had been drinking old fashioneds made with woodford when a great bartender truly making me real old fashioneds asked me why I preferred woodford. At that time in my life it was just what i had sort of gravitated to. This was at my son’s bachelor party. We were in the drinks and cigars phase of the party. Anyway she asked me if i had ever tried BT, I hadn’t. It was their house bourbon. Tried one and never looked back. Can not describe how smooth and flavorful this bourbon is. I need to go back and thank that bartender - maybe i will send her a Christmas card this year.
