  ¾ oz XTA
  1 ½ oz Gin
  ½ oz Drapó Dry Vermouth
  Dash Angostura
  Stir ingredients with ice
   
  YUCATÁN BREEZE
  1 oz XTA
  1 ½ oz Dry Gin
  2 oz Grapefruit Juice
  ½ oz Lime Juice
  4 Basil Leaves
  Shake with ice Strain and garnish with basil

    Learned of this gin with one of my trips to the Yucatán and fell in love with it - great after dinner....really great stuff. Now I have to order from the few places in the US that sell it. Very satisfied.
