Cazcanes No. 7 Extra Añejo is a masterfully aged tequila crafted from 100% organic Blue Weber Agave and matured for a minimum of three years in reworked, recharred American oak barrels. Aged to taste—not time—each small batch is a curated blend of peak-expression barrels, balancing rich oak, dried fruit, vanilla, and caramel with the agave’s natural depth.
The agave is slow-cooked in a low-pressure autoclave, juice extracted via a four-pass roller mill, and blended with pure volcanic spring water from Navichi Springs. Fermented with proprietary yeast and double-distilled in stainless steel pots with copper coils, this tequila is certified organic, kosher, and additive-free. A refined, velvety spirit with layered complexity and agave-forward integrity.

Delicious Extra Anejo!
NOM 1614: Delicious extra anejo tequila with a nice sweet flavor and an amazing finish! I like to let it rest for about 20 minutes after pouring to let the flavor really open up. I may swirl it around in the glass a little to look at how pretty it is, or nose it a little, but I don't drink it for a full 20 minutes! It is absolutely worth the wait! As for the price, It is expensive, but to me it seems about right for an extra anejo of this quality. 92/100
