I would just be repeating what every other review states. The Best!

I have consumed many bottles of Tequila in my years. Many of these tequilas never get purchased again because, well they are horrible. But, Don Julio 1942? This is the best go-to tequila out there. I have had many top shelf tequilas, and absolutely non of them compare to DJ!

This is by far one of the best sipping añejos on the market for this price range. Superior!

I use this tequila as a basis to judge all other tequilas, Don Julio has a gem here. It is basically the most well balanced and tasting tequila on the market, and I NEVER get tired of tasting it. It never lets me down and always affirms my belief in it.. Thank you Don Julio. It great rose bouquet, the soft tones on the tongue, and a finish that makes you want to grab the bottle and start gulping, yes I have done it twice.. There are a few tequilas that I hold in the same esteem, 1) Herradura selection surpema ( 2/12 times more in$$ 2) Porfidio (blue procelin bottle) 3)Chinaco Negro and last but not least 4 Crotalo 5 year aged

I've tried many different tequilas since I began drinking tequila and so far Don Julio 1942 is the smoothest and best tasting of all. For the money I have not tasted anything better and I've tried quite a few in that price range.

Excellent tequila to be sipped neat or on the rocks! Don't do shots it would be such a waste. Sip and enjoy, it will be worth it.
