Grand Mayan Reserva Extra Aged Tequila 750ml

This is a good tequila, but after buying one bottle I have not considered buying another. It think for the price, you can get a more interesting tequila for sipping (Chula Parranda), or a couple bottles that are better for gentle mixing. The bottle is beautiful, but I have purchased various tequilas in nice bottles, and this is one of the few times when I felt that the up-charge for the bottle is more than it's worth.

Cava de oro much smoother

Not quite what was hyped up to be by some, certainly not at the level of Asombroso Extra Anejo.

This is a wonderfully rich and smooth sipping tequila. The dark color is unusual and raised quite a few eyebrows. It has a wonderful nose that will want you to just stiff it. I keep this for special occasions and when I want to relax with my wife.

I was very surprised at how well this tequila tasted. I just got another bottle. I like the smooth taste and flavor. I recommend this bottle
