Monkey 47 Distillers Cut Schwarzwald Dry Gin 375ml
This year, the “secret” 48th botanical is Myristicae arillus, the seed covering of nutmeg. To create Distiller’s Cut, Myristicae arillus is added to a macerate containing the 47 ingredients. The botanicals are then distilled again in a second extraction procedure, left to mature for three months in earthenware and finally combined with local spring water.
