Crafted by maestro destilador Nicolás García in Logoche, Oaxaca, this distinctive expression showcases Neta's dedication to preserving ancestral techniques while exploring unique, naturally fruit-infused distillates. Bottled at 49.6% ABV in a 750ml bottle, it offers an expressive balance of fresh fruit and roasted agave.

Process & Profile

Made from mature Espadín (Agave angustifolia), the agaves are slowly roasted in an earthen pit oven, crushed using traditional methods, naturally fermented with ambient yeasts, and double distilled in small copper stills. During the second distillation, pomegranates, cranberries, and mangoes are added to the still, allowing their natural aromas and flavors to integrate seamlessly with the agave without overpowering its earthy character.
