Young (less than one year old at bottling), handcrafted mezcal made of 100% agave (Agave rodacantha). This crystalline distillation ranges between 50% and 53% alcohol/volume, depending on the conditions specific to each lot. The bouquet is volatile and redolent of autumn fruits. On the palate the effect is fruity and of short duration with emphasis at the roof of the mouth followed by ephemeral tones of clove and scented wood, especially in the after taste
