Rezpiral Simeon Ramirez San Martinero Agave Spirit 50.2% 750ml
Rezpiral San Martinero is made by Simeon & Apolonio Ramirez in the community of San Agustin Amatengo, Oaxaca. In Series #7, this destilado de agave was milled with a machete and a mechanical mill after being cooked in a conical earthen oven. After fermenting in cypress vats, it was distilled once in refrescadera still followed by a clay pot.
