We adopt best practice from traditional methods of agave production perfected in Mexico, to deliver an authentically African Agave spirit distilled in KwaZulu Natal, South Africa.
"Our Agave is pit and oven roasted, fermented in open top vats with water from the Drakensberg river and wild African yeast, triple distilled in a copper pot and column still and rested in South African barrels previously used for exquisite pinotage.
