Base spirit distilled from sugarcane
Made with over 30 botanicals featuring palo santo, chicory, raspberry flower, elderflower, aloe, galangal, sorrel, cinnamon, mint, rooibos, and cinnamon
Botanicals are macerated in a combination of aged and unaged neutral sugarcane spirit
Aged spirit matured for 1 year in American oak casks previously used to age Chichibu whisky
Sweetened using kokuto (Okinawan raw cane sugar) and Japanese beet sugar
Rested in stainless steel tanks for 10 days before bottling
