1) 1 am happy with the product. 2) It took too long for the product to reach me - I think your team did not pay attention for 10 days and then I called you before beginning to complete the order. 3) One of the 4 bottles was half empty - I emailed this fact with a picture to your team within a few days and that was nearly 2 weeks ago. I have not yet heard back from anyone. 4) Then I received a response to questions I submitted by email in December about 3 weeks ago - after you had already fulfilled my order from December. 5) All in all, the product is fine, reasonably priced, but this end of your business could use some attention, I think.
