Trujillo Manifiesto 56 Tequila Blanco is the young gace of an ancient tequila tradition with character obtained directly from copper stills (undiluted), resulting from the amalgamation of organic agaves matured for 8 years with the original processes in the transformation of this unique nectar, which allows to highlight complex notes of caramelized cooked agave associated with piloncillo, smoked and mineral notes provided by the tahona, with subtle spicy touch of black pepper and cinnamon.

Interesting bottle. Did a blind taste test with this right after getting it and it was second only to Fuenteseca Cosecha and ahead of Fortlaleza SS, G4 Madera, Volans SS. Great value and worth giving a try.

Trujillo Blanco
Poured my second shot of this juice since its arrival a week ago. This is an outstanding blanco! I must have been in a lousy mood last week for that first pour. The nose is subtle but complex, floral, and a bit of spice. Its thick body coats the palete well with delicious complexity. The finish is subtle but long with a hint of pepper. Let it rest a bit before that first taste.
