We were inspired to showcase the pure essence of our tequila with the High Proof Blanco By avoiding the addition of water, we preserve the natural layers of aromas and flavors that are typically muted in lower-proof tequilas. It’s about creating an experience that is raw, bold, and authentic to Yéyo's identity.

This pour is outstanding. It opens with a rush of rich, cooked agave sweetness layered with earthy green notes, a touch of sea salt, and just the right amount of black pepper.
