I have had Bruxo No. 1 many times in Mexico City. I have not had much Mezcal, but my friend is a bartender at Salon Pata Negra in CDMX, and this is what he recommended to me. And now, it's all we drink. It's smokey, smooth, easy on the stomach, but strong enough to give remind you that you're drinking Mezcal. It's a great value, and I will always have a bottle on hand. I drink my mezcal in small kisses. Usually about 3 per sips per shot. But you can definitely shoot it. It doesn't matter how you drink your Mezcal, as long as your enjoying it. Garnish with orange slices.
