Cask & Coast Spirits Co. was started with the idea of dramatically advancing the category of California bourbon. After aging in new American oak barrels for over four years, our four-grain reserve bourbon blend is finished in California Cabernet Sauvignon & Cabernet Franc red wine casks made of French oak to impart an added richness of flavor and strength of color. Our proprietary blend of corn, rye, wheat, and malt barley brings together a perfect mix of flavors to dance and linger on the palate for a long and elegant finish.
Our Mission
Cask & Coast Spirits Co. is an independent blender of artisanal small batch California bourbon. Our blending process captures all the best characteristics of the traditional whiskey grains and combines them with the California sunshine and coastal influence of the Pacific Ocean. Bourbon is all we do–combining the essence of California with premium Midwestern barrel aged bourbon. Based in San Diego, we serve customers throughout the Golden State and beyond.
