This one takes a bit to open up. Nose: a muted nose. Initial impression of olives, vanilla and agave. Some fruitiness. Trace spice presence. Flavor: Nuts, honey and pepper. Some oiliness with a touch of butterscotch. Finishes with jalapeño and some bitterness - but not to a fault. It’s not terribly complex. Not bad Blanco for $24...cheer
