El Diablito Mezcal Joven Abocado 750ml
EL DIABLITO has an area of 3000 m2 where the facilities for the production of mezcal are located, for labeling, bottle filling, a laboratory to guarantee the quality of the product and finally the packaging.
HARVEST
When the plant reaches its maturity (8 years) it is harvested, it is cut until it reaches the heart of the maguey or pineapple. The heart weighs an average of 70 kg, although it can exceed 100 kg, and once the agave has been harvested, it is transferred to the palenque for processing.
