Using formidable winemaking and distilling skills, and only organic, 100% highland agave, a refined new expression of Tequila waits in the wings. The aroma on the reposado is soft. Two oak treatments new French and used Sauvignon Blanc barrels. Soft caramel, little agave on the nose. The palate has a tight feel and is tannic from the oak barrel aging.
