Fidencio Mezcal was started by 4th generation Maestro Enrique Jiménez in 2007 & named in honor of his great grandfather.
With a heritage spanning over 120 years, Fidencio Mezcal embodies the classic spirit and deep seated traditions of the family's lineage which continues in this family owned and run palenque.
Fidencio Mexicano is made from wild sourced maguey Mexicano - Penca Larga - harvested from Santa María Zoquitlán in the Valles Centrales region of Oaxaca.
Enrique's expertise shines through in this beautifully crafted limited batch exhibiting intense aromatics of vanilla and ripe pear - vivid and bright on the palette with a long lingering crisp finish.
