Process & Aging

Known as Mark XXXI “Epilogue”, this exceptional rum is a 19-year-aged single blended rum distilled using both the copper double-retort pot still and the continuous twin-column Coffey still at Foursquare Rum Distillery in Barbados. The rum spent its entire maturation in ex-bourbon casks, with all aging, blending, and bottling taking place entirely on-site.

As with all Exceptional Cask Selections, Epilogue contains no sugar, no coloring, no filtration, and no flavor additives, showcasing pure Barbados rum in its most authentic form.

Deep mahogany amber with brilliant copper highlights, displaying nearly two decades of maturation in oak.
