After initial maturation in American oak bourbon casks, the whisky undergoes extended finishing in Oloroso and Pedro Ximénez sherry casks, adding depth and indulgent complexity.

The nose reveals inviting aromas of dried fruits, macerated raisins, caramel and dark chocolate, enhanced by subtle spice notes. On the palate, it is smooth and velvety, delivering flavours of dates, candied orange, honey, walnuts and cocoa. The finish is long and warming, gracefully extending the sherry influence.
