Hilltop J. Lohr Cabernet Sauvignon Paso Robles 2017
Our J. Lohr Hilltop Cabernet Sauvignon is grown in high-elevation, sustainably farmed vineyards in Paso Robles, California, where the oak-studded terroir and warm summer climate are ideal for ripening Cabernet. Grapes from these top vineyards are harvested mid-morning and only the highest quality fruit is selected for this Hilltop blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Petit Verdot and Malbec. This wine was aged a year and a half in specially curated French oak barrels to elevate its dense, velvety texture, soft tannins, and ripe berry finish - an excellent companion for grilled beef, soft cheeses, or dark chocolate.
