Velvet
Very smooth tequila. On the sweet side as appropriate for an anejo. I'd rate it 4.3 as I think the filtration to platinum reduces the character but I understand that's the trade off for the increased smooth texture.

My new favorite!!!!!
As far as I'm concerned, this Mr. Hussong's Tequila is a notch above Silver Patron. I have bought basically nothing but Silver Patron for about 5 years and have enjoyed it immensely. I bought my first bottle of Mr. Hussong's Tequila about 3 weeks ago and will be buying that exclusively from here on out. There is a slight hint of vanilla in this Tequila which is lacking in the Patron, so the sipping with the Hussong's Tequila seems superior.
