Nose: It has an olive profile with hints of fruit, roasted chilies and botanicals.

Taste: It has a honeyed/bitter profile with a mineral trace; Notes of lime and tangerine skin stand out, accompanied by hints of fresh ginger, roasted chilies, fresh anise, epazote and green raisins and kiwi. Almost at the end nuances of cooked agave molasses, cocoa, tobacco and mango appear.
