Sotol
This Sotol was recommended to us by our favorite bartender at our favorite mezcal bar and restaurant Agave Uptown in Oakland. I’m not an expert but to me it’s very earthy and fruity all in one. Definitely worth adding to your collection if you like the raw earthiness of a good sotol or mezcal. Will definitely buy again!
