This is one of the best and more rare wild agaves it might take up to 18 or 20 years for the plat to be ready, I highly recommend drinking this mezcal with some sliced orange

PALATE: alcohol seems to emerge halfway and expands firmly to finish, expanding the structure broadly on the palate nicely. firm, focused core. solid & compact. taut. restrained exchange of minerals around the edge with fat earthy adobe brick. sophisticated gunpowder dry finish.
