I think an attempt was made by Miel de Tierra to make this mezcal a real people pleaser. If you are someone who is easily overpowered by mezcal then this one might be for you. No smoke on the nose and more reminiscent of an XA tequila. Little smokiness and slightly green and vegetal with celery, citrus, anise, and cream soda. Bright and crisp. Love the presentation.
