FROM OAXACA
Our Mina Real Mezcal REPOSADO is a step in a new direction, utilizing agave that has been steam roasted in low-pressure brick kilns. A slow, multi-day steaming of the agave creates a mellowed fruit character that highlights our bouquet and light aromatics. Similar to our Don Amado Mezcal, the mash for Mina Real contains the bagazo fiber with the resultant beer double-distilled in small ceramic pots for smoothness and character.
