Five stars because I'm not sure what its supposed to taste like. I read about this in The Week magazine - highly recommended Mayan liquor . Can be added to something or sipped on alone. It is way too sweet for me to sip on alone - my honey said it tasted like Kettle Corn popcorn. A caramel taste hits your palette and is followed by the roasted corn. I can see adding it to something - a tequila maybe - vodka . Beautiful bottle . Fun to have.
