The smoothest of the three primary varieties (Blanco, Reposado and Anejo), Nobleza Azul Anejo Tequila is aged in American Oak barrels for two to three years. Its distinct color and woody flavor are picked up from American Oak barrels during the 2 to 3 years aging process.

Of the four distinct 100% blue agave tequila varieties, the Premium and Ultra Premium varieties have experienced the fasted sales growth in popularity. It is typically served in a "tequila shot glass" (2 oz caballito glass), swirled to let the bubbles and true aroma come alive and then sipped.
