One of my Top 5 Blancos Ever
Pasote Blanco from El Pandillo Nom 1579 is a tremendous Blanco. Sweet cooked gave (but not too sweet), minerals, butter, melon and pepper taste. Tequila as tequila was made 3-4 decades ago. Perfect.

my new favorite blanco
This tequila combines incredible sweet agave taste, with that elusive spiciness, all it lacks to be the best tequila ever, is the oily buttery mouthfeel of Oro Azul. For the tequila purist (aka the blanco drinker) this is about as good as it gets in 2021, and the low price is just the icing on the cake!

Pasote Blanco
Aromas of cooked agave, citrus, herbal, mineral, lime, smoke, spring water, rain water, egg plant. Palate: follows the aromas and adds zesty citrus, lime balm, and white pepper. Finish is long with lots of agave.

Pasote Blanco
My favorite Blanco by a mile. The rain water used to make this tequila really comes through. Light on the tongue with lasting mineral and agave and flavors.

Pasote Blanco
Aroma: Is colorful yet reminds us of wet clay (earthy). Taste: A bouquet of many colors. It was a delightful surprise. Not overpowering yet you can taste the “dirt”. A true & smooth Blanco with just the right “kick”.
