PASOTE BLANCO TEQUILA
750 ML. 100% de agave tequila. 40% alc/vol. NOM 1584.
All the Agave is grown on the Camarena Estate in the Highlands of
Jalisco, just outside the town of Jesus Maria. It is harvested by
Jimadores that have worked for the Camarena family for over 20
years. After harvest the Agave is taken to El Pandillo Distillery owned andoperated by Felipe Camarena, the Master Distiller.

Pasote is a unique and interesting blanco
Pasote blanco is the latest product from NOM 1579, Destileria El Pandillo, which is owned by Felipe Camarena. The uniqueness comes from the water used to make this tequila. This product uses a combination of collected rainwater (200K L of storage) and natural spring water from a well on the distillery site in a 60%-40% ratio. The freshness of the rainwater can really be tasted along with a generous measure of agave and citrus. 2X distilled in copper pot stills mean that all the flavor and spice of the agave and water come through in every sip. Highly recommended.
