Process & Aging

Produced by Casa San Matías, one of Mexico’s oldest family-owned tequila distilleries with more than 135 years of tradition, this commemorative release is crafted from 100% Blue Weber agave and aged for a minimum of 10 years in carefully selected French oak casks. The tequila was bottled at cask strength by the Master Distiller to preserve its full character, richness, and intensity.
