Translucent medium platinum body with medium high retention tears.
In the mouth it has a mellow and botanical impact with aniseed character,
notes of green agave, crystallized fig, prune, vanilla and hints of citron predominate.

Very comparable flavor and finish to JC Familia Reserva. Slightly more crisp.

Same bottle different taste
This is the second bottle I have purchased. The first bottle was exactly what I was expecting as I had recently had this tequila in a local spot. The second bottle is not the same color or taste, so I’m unsure if it is even the same tequila in the bottle. Hard to prove, but there is definitely a difference.
