Description
Santoyo Grand Leyenda Reposado tequila is their rested expression ("reposado") and is aged for 11 months in oak prior to bottling (just 1 month shy of the 12 necessary for an "anejo" designation). This gives the tequila its light gold color and blend of citrus and vanilla flavors.
The Santoyo Grand Leyenda brand is owned and named for Jesus Santoyo, who re-branded his Hawaiian taco franchise to Grand Leyenda Cantinas to tie into the tequila brand.
