Process & Production

Siembra Valles Añejo begins with 100% Blue Weber Agave grown in the Valles region of Jalisco. The agave is traditionally cooked before being milled and fermented, preserving the natural character and sweetness of the cooked plant.

After fermentation, the tequila is double distilled in copper-equipped pot stills before being matured in carefully selected American oak. The extended maturation allows the tequila to develop greater depth while maintaining the cooked-agave character that defines the Valles expression.

Appearance

Warm golden amber with polished honey and copper highlights.
