Our Tequila Ocho Añejo Old Town Tequila Single Barrel 2025 is aged for 12 months and a high proof cask strength añejo tequila that highlest the effect of wood ageing on the agave forward profile Ocho is known for, making this an excellent aged tequila for the connoisseur.

This single barrel comes from Ocho's Corralillos estate and was aged in an American oak barrel previously used once for American whiskey, and then for a number of tequila fillings, which gives it little oak influence, hence the pale color.

Notes of full cooked agave, dark cacao, coffee, nutmeg, and dried fruits lead to a deep and complex long lasting peppery finish with a buttery mouthfeel. The agave is never lost, and always the center of attention!
