Description

Yéyo Blanco Tequila – 80 Proof (40% ABV) | 750ml

Bright, crisp, and refreshingly pure, Yéyo Blanco Tequila delivers a classic highland agave experience with lively aromatics and a clean finish. Bottled at 40% ABV (80 proof) in a 750ml bottle, this unaged blanco is crafted to showcase the natural essence and terroir of estate-grown Blue Weber agave from the highlands of Jalisco, Mexico.

Process & Profile

Yéyo Blanco is made from 100% Blue Weber agave grown on a single estate in the highlands near Arandas, Jalisco, where red volcanic soil and cool breezes create ideal conditions for rich agave flavor. The agave is slow-cooked in stone or brick ovens before undergoing fermentation with champagne yeast and double distillation in copper pot stills, preserving bright agave sweetness and aromatic complexity.

Tasting Notes

On the nose, aromas of fresh cooked agave, citrus zest, and light herbal notes greet the senses. The palate is crisp and expressive, offering flavors of sweet agave, citrus, subtle peppery spice, and minerality. The finish is clean and refreshing with a lingering agave sweetness that invites another sip.

What Makes It Special

Yéyo Blanco stands out for its estate-grown agave and traditional production techniques, including slow roasting and careful distillation designed to preserve natural character. Its smooth yet expressive profile makes it versatile enough for refined sipping or use in elevated cocktails.

How to Enjoy

Best enjoyed neat or slightly chilled to appreciate its vibrant aromatics and balance. It also performs beautifully in classic tequila cocktails such as a Margarita, Paloma, or Tequila Sour, where its bright agave character enhances the drink’s freshness.

Beautiful and smooth.. I always have said that you get what you pay for, when it comes to Tequila, but for around $40, you get so much more for the price. It is an amazing Tequila!
