Astral Tequila
Astral Tequila is a fine blanco worth trying. Renown sommelier Richard Betts developed this libation after exhaustive study on the subject of traditional tequila production methods. And you can taste the results. Light and smooth with a delicious agave taste, you will notice a nice minty aftertaste on the finish that remains on the palate a good, long while. Astral's website features many fine cocktails which I have yet to try. Cannot bring myself to contaminate this marvelous blanco with any mixer yet.
