Named for Eduardo “Lalo” González, grandson of tequila pioneer Don Julio González, LALO Blanco represents a commitment to heritage and authenticity. This tequila is designed to showcase agave in its purest form—vibrant, unaged, and free from additives. It is excellent for sipping neat or over ice and also elevates classic cocktails with its clean, bright profile.

Tasting Notes

Nose: Fresh cooked agave leads the aroma, supported by bright citrus notes and a light touch of white pepper.
Palate: Smooth, clean, and naturally sweet with agave at the forefront, complemented by hints of lemon zest, soft herbal tones, and gentle minerality.

Production

LALO Blanco Tequila is crafted in the highlands of Jalisco using mature 100% Blue Weber agave. The production process is intentionally simple, relying only on agave, Champagne yeast, and deep-well water with absolutely no additives. After slow cooking and careful fermentation, the tequila is twice distilled in copper pot stills and bottled unaged to preserve the natural expression of the agave.
