Description

Tears of Llorona Extra Añejo Tequila 1 Liter

Discover one of Mexico’s most celebrated tequilas with Tears of Llorona Extra Añejo Tequila (1L) — a rare, handcrafted spirit created by master distiller Germán González, the legendary maker behind Chinaco Tequila.

This ultra-premium extra añejo tequila is made from 100% blue Weber agave, slow-roasted and double-distilled before aging nearly five years in a harmonious blend of Scotch, Sherry, and Brandy casks. The result is a rich, complex tequila that rivals the world’s finest whiskies and cognacs.

Each sip reveals deep layers of caramel, roasted agave, vanilla, and oak, balanced by hints of dark chocolate, toffee, espresso, and dried fruit. The long, smooth finish carries notes of orange peel, spice, and sweetness, leaving a lasting impression of elegance and depth.

Presented in a distinctive 1-liter hand-numbered bottle, Tears of Llorona Extra Añejo is perfect for collectors, connoisseurs, or anyone seeking an extraordinary sipping tequila. Enjoy it neat or in a crystal snifter to appreciate its full aromatic complexity.

    Incredible! Holy Grail of tequila!

Superb!! One sip and it made its way to the top of the list! It takes a minimum of 13 years for this liquid gold to reach your glass and this is a complete masterpiece. Aged in Cognac casks, Sherry casks, Scotch barrels. This is not a homerun, its a Grand Slam! I like how its a bit stronger than your standard 80 proof. Perfectly balanced, super flavorful, and extremely smooth. Oak, vanilla, caramel, dried fruits and honey are the notes I picked up. Phenomenal drink and its a must for any tequila aficionado. Salud

This product is made by the "Pappy of Tequila" maker, German Gonzales. Never heard of him before tasting this FABULOUS tequila...I'll never forget him now! Simply put - I can't think of any other whiskey, tequila, scotch or bourbon that I more thoroughly enjoyed, and I've had some great ones. Price is spot on! Get it now before word spreads and demand forces prices up to "Pappy" levels!

This is an excellent sipping Tequila. It is well balanced and just a tad sweet. It is not as Agave forward as I prefer from top distillations, but it is most certainly a high quality product. I will buy again.

First sip I wasn't sure .. by the time I got to the bottom of the glass it was true love. This is a very complex, smooth, delicious tequila. Fabulous. Can't recommend it highly enough.

I bought this bottle with 3 other tequila. Don't think I will ever buy again. This tequila was burning the second I put it in my mouth. I'm very disappointed for the money I spent for this bottle. The Jose Cuervo Reserva is way smoother than this at 65 dollars cheaper. It doesn't even compare to the codigo 1530 I got at the same time which was 50 dollars more. Looks like I will be using the rest of this bottle for making margaritas. Won't be buying Tears of Llorona again.

Great tequila, however for the price point And taste I’d rather buy Reserva de la Familia, which is about $50 less.
