Description
750 mm Our Don Amado Mezcal evokes timeless smoke, earth and agave fruit. Its agave are slowly roasted with firewood and the resultant honeys are fermented intact with the bagazo fiber. The fermented mash is then double-distilled in small ceramic pot stills and triple-filtered for bottling.
